Nissan Teams Up with LiCAP to Make EV Batteries Cleaner and More Efficient

Nissan is joining forces with LiCAP Technologies to push electric vehicle batteries into a greener future. The partnership will use LiCAP’s Activated Dry Electrode® technology—a new way of making electrodes without the harsh chemicals found in traditional methods.

This innovation means cleaner production, better performance, and more sustainable EVs. The collaboration is also a key part of Nissan’s Ambition 2030 vision for smarter, greener mobility.

“We’re excited to deepen our work with Nissan,” said Dr. Linda Zhong, CEO of LiCAP. “This partnership is about more than batteries—it’s about shaping the future of clean transportation.”
